Guangdong Rixin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Short for Rixin hereinafter) is one of the world`s leading molding manufacturers with over 20 years` experience. With the rapid rise of new energy industry, the factory has entered a fast lane of development and played a more and more important role in this field.
It has been established in 2004 and located in Chang`an Town, Dongguan-the well-known [Town of Molding" in China. The main products scope includes Li-ion battery Electrodes Punching Die, high precision cutting blades and rolling pin, etc.
The factory occupies 20,000 square meters with a total of nearly 500 employees, including 39 R&D engineers, more than 50 after-sales maintenance personnel (domestic and abroad), and equipped with the most advanced production machines, such as wire cutting machine, vertical CNC from Makino,Sodick,Seibu , grinding machines from Hauser,Mitsui,Okamoto, etc. Now our monthly production capacity reaches 2000 sets of Li-ion battery electrodes/separator stamping die/blank die/notch die and 3000+pcs of high precision cutting blades accordingly.
